Training-Consulting Project of RUMOS program
AMOG had developed a project with the legal framework from European Social Fund, regarding Typology 1.2.3 – Training Actions – Consulting of RUMOS program.
The goal of the project was to develop a set of training-consulting actions for a group of 12 enterprises to support the improvement of its management processes and the reinforcement of competences of its managers and employees and the promotion of the development of these companies through actions that promote the optimization of methodologies and modernization and innovation processes on a management level.
The methodology of the project includes joint training actions and individualized consulting for each company. This training action is addressed to a group of key employees within the companies that includes the entrepreneur and other managers, and includes also other employees, that have a direct or indirect intervention in several management areas.
With 105 hours of consulting for company and two actions of each training course, where have participated representatives of all companies with 12 trainees in each action. The goal was to join the employees of several enterprises to promote the communication and sharing of ideas between them.
