The Association for Organization and Management Improvement was founded in Leiria in 2009 as a non profit collective entity of private utility.

The Association is composed by a set of companies from several sectors – civil construction, services and industry. It aims to promote the improvement of the organization and management of organizations as well as the cultural, social and professional development of the surrounding population, operating from north to south of the country.

The great dynamism of its members – from several regions of the country and several sectors, including the social one – and its know-how and cumulated experience enable to predict a pronounced growth of the association activity.
